.JPG) Nanuezhuthachan Sivashanker (Old Kandampally Balanarayanan) Passes today.
He was falling while trying to get on to the vehicle. It happened 20 minutes before (around 3.40PM)
He was the tallest elephant in Kerala, India and in Asia...
A great loss for the elephant family. And a great sorrow for the elephant lovers of kerala. He was a great star in the competition festivals and also a non avoidable presents in most of the famous festivals in Kerala.
For the more than last two years he was with Nanu Ezhuthachan Group. Before that he was with Kandampally.

Kerala has more than nine hundred elephants in captivity. Most of them are owned by temples and individuals. They are used for religious ceremonies in and around the temples, and a few elephants work at timber yards. Experts defined the necessary features (Lakshanam) for a good elephant. The sexy features of the elephants are narrated in different books like "Mathanga Leela". They even said, the girls should walk like elephant to get more attraction. ..
