| Vengadu Padmanabhan Killed its Mahout |

The thrid mahout, Nandhakumar was the one been under elephants attack. He was killed on spot. The elephant been to Pazhanji Pengamukku, near Trichur, to take part in a festival ceremony at a church. Because of some reason, Vengadu Padmanabhan didn't took part in the procession. So the mahout took him to a near by plot.
In the afternoon when Nandhakumar came to give water, elephant attacked him and killed. Mahout of some other elephants all came together and move the elephant from there to take the body. |
