Elangulam Gajarajasangamam 2008
Description
Mangalamkunnu Ayyappan, Thiruvanikkavu Rajagopalan and Erattupetta Ayyappan were the main attraction of the event.
This year the festival wasn't so great as we had in last two years with the participation of people and participated elephants other than three greats I noticed above.

Kerala has more than nine hundred elephants in captivity. Most of them are owned by temples and individuals. They are used for religious ceremonies in and around the temples, and a few elephants work at timber yards. Experts defined the necessary features (Lakshanam) for a good elephant. The sexy features of the elephants are narrated in different books like "Mathanga Leela". They even said, the girls should walk like elephant to get more attraction. ..

We would like to contribute to the welfare of everyone live, love and work around elephant and elephant festivals. We would like to improve their eduction and financial condition. Also we would like to be a portal to buy and sell everything related to elephants.
